中空玻璃是一种良好的隔热、隔富、美观适用、并可降低建筑物自重的新型建筑材料，被广泛应用于建筑物门窗，幕墙、隔断和冰箱等。
中空玻璃特性
- 光学性能：根据组合中空玻璃原片性能的不同，一般可见光透过率范围为7～80%，反射率为10~42%.
- 热学性能：可有效降低传热系数，若充入惰性气体可进一步降低传热系数U值。
- 隔音性能：一般中空玻璃可降低噪音30分贝左右，而充入惰性气体后中空玻璃隔音效果可进一步提高。
- 防结霜性能·国家标准规定中空玻璃露点必须低于－40℃，确保中空玻璃中空气层绝对干燥、不结露。
- 密封性：铝间隔框采用自动弯管技术一次成型，最大限度地减少接驳处；采用丁基胶和聚硫胶或结构胶双道密封，确保中空玻璃的密封性并延长莫使用寿命。
