本标准涵盖门窗产品范围SCOPE
此欧洲标准标识材料独立的性能特征,除了防火和烟气控制的特点,适用于窗windows(包括屋顶窗,外部防火性能的屋顶窗，门高窗),外部行人门doorsets(和他们的组件,包括无边框的玻璃门，逃生门)和屏风。
防火和/或烟雾控制特性的行人门和可开启窗户的CE标准是EN16034。
本欧洲标准适用于:
a)固定窗或固定灯，手动或电动窗及门高窗，以及安装在垂直墙体开孔处的屏风和安装在屋顶上的屋顶窗，包括:
1)相关五金件(如有);
2)风雨条(如有);
3)在拟设置上釉孔时设置上釉孔;
4)安装或不安装百叶窗和/或百叶窗盒和/或百叶窗;以及手动或电动窗、屋顶窗、门高窗和屏幕:
5)全部或部分上釉，包括任何不透明填料;
6)带有一个或多个窗框/窗框(如铰链式、凸出式、枢轴式、滑动式)的固定或部分固定或可开启的;
b)手动操作的齐平的或镶板的外部行人门，包括:
1)完整扇形窗(如有);
2)包含在一个框架内的相邻部件，以便包含在一个孔内(如果有的话)。
本标准所涵盖的窗户不评估其释放(打开)的能力。
本欧洲标准所涵盖的产品不用于结构应用评估。
本欧洲标准不适用于:
-符合EN1873和EN14963的屋面灯;
-幕墙按照EN13830;
-工业、商业和车库门和门符合EN13241;
-内部行人门设置符合prEN 14351-2;
——旋转门;
-根据EN16361标准，电动行人门;
