3、EN 617:2001+A1:2010适用范围：
This European Standard deals with the technical requirements to minimise the hazards listed in clause 4 and annex A. These hazards can arise during the operation and maintenance of equipment to store bulk materials in silos, bunkers, bins and hoppers and their built-in inlet and outlet devices when carried out in accordance with the specifications given by the manufacturer or his authorised representative. This standard deals with safety related technical verification during commissioning. 本欧洲标准规定了将第4条和附件A中列出的危险降至最低的技术要求。在筒仓、燃料库和仓库中储存散装材料的设备的操作和维护过程中，可能会出现这些危险，当按照制造商或其授权代表给出的规范进行操作时，料仓和料斗及其内置入口和出口装置。本标准涉及调试期间的安全相关技术验证。
