3、EN 704:1999+A1:2009适用范围：
This standard specifies safety requirements and their verification for design and construction of self-propelled and trailed pick-up balers independent of the shape or size of the bales formed. It describes methods for the elimination or reduction of risks which need specific requirements for pick-up balers. It does not deal with hazards which are common to all agricultural machines particularly common hazards related to mobility, including those specific to self-propelled machines. These aspects will be dealt with in another standard produced by CEN/TC 144 (see introduction). 本标准规定了独立于成型捆的形状或尺寸的自行式和牵引式捡拾式打捆机的设计和构造的安全要求及其验证。它描述了消除或减少风险的方法，这些风险需要皮卡打捆机的特定要求。它不处理所有农业机械常见的危险，尤其是与机动性有关的常见危险，包括自行式机器特有的危险。这些方面将在CEN/TC 144制定的另一个标准中处理（见引言）。
