辐射管加热器是指在化学热处理燃料炉中，使燃烧气体与工作室隔离采用的加热器。辐射管一般采用气体燃料，其材料为耐热钢经铸造或焊接而成。辐射管的形状多种多样，有U型的，W型的，三叉戟形的等；最常用的辐射管是U型辐射管，管子一端装设燃料喷嘴，另一端装设引射器，以吸出燃烧产物。
