3、EN 836:1997+A4:2011 适用范围：
This European Standard specifies safety requirements and their verification for the design and construction of powered rotary and cylinder lawnmowers, including pedestrian-controlled and ride-on (riding) types, and lawn and garden tractors, professional lawnmowers, and lawn and garden tractors with mowing attachments. This European Standard is % not applicable to machines covered by EN 786, lawn edgers, flail mowers, scrub cutters, automatic (robot) mowers, sickle-bar mowers, & or agricultural mowers. 本欧洲标准规定了电动旋转式和滚筒式割草机（包括行人控制型和骑乘式）以及草坪和花园拖拉机、专业割草机以及带割草附件的草坪和花园拖拉机的设计和建造的安全要求及其验证。本欧洲标准不适用于EN 786所涵盖的机器、割草机、连枷割草机、磨砂机、自动（机器人）割草机、镰刀割草机和/或农用割草机。
