3、EN 908:1999+A1:2009适用范围：
This standard specifies safety requirements and their verification for the design and construction of reel machines for irrigation including self-propelled machines. It describes methods for elimination or reduction of risks which need specific requirements for reel machines for irrigation. In addition, it specifies the type of information on safe working practices to be provided by the manufacturer. The list of significant hazards dealt with in this standard is given in annex A. Annex A also indicates the hazards which have not been dealt with. Environmental aspects have not been considered in this standard. This standard applies primarily to machines which are manufactured after the date of issue of the standard. 本标准规定了灌溉用卷筒机械（包括自行式机械）设计和建造的安全要求及其验证。它描述了消除或减少风险的方法，这些风险需要对用于灌溉的卷轴机有特定的要求。此外，它还规定了制造商提供的安全工作实践信息的类型。附录A中给出了本标准中处理的重大危险列表。附录A还指出了尚未处理的危险。本标准未考虑环境因素。本标准主要适用于本标准发布日期之后制造的机器。
