中心支轴式喷灌机又称时针式喷灌机，是将喷灌机的转动支轴固定在灌溉面积的中心，固定在钢筋混凝土支座上，支轴座中心下端与井泵出水管或压力管相连，上端通过旋转机构（集电环）与旋转弯管连接，通过桁架上的喷洒系统向作物喷水的一种节水增产灌溉机械。

3、EN 909:1998+A1:2009适用范围：

This standard specifies specific safety requirements and their verification for the design and construction of center pivot and moving lateral types irrigation machines that are electrically powered. NOTE Figures 1 to 5 give illustrations of these machines. In addition, it specifies the type of information on safe working practices to be provided by the manufacturer. The list of significant hazards dealt with in this standard is given in annex A. Annex A also indicates the hazards which have not been dealt with. Hazards due to the use of the pump associated with center pivot and moving lateral types irrigation machines are not dealt with. Hazards induced by the use of these machines for pesticide products and liquid fertilizer application are not dealt with.
